JIM WILLIAMS

Jim Williams has enjoyed success at every level with a BDO major title and a PDC ProTour victory amongst his tournament wins. The Welshman started out on the BDO circuit and qualified for six World Championships. After five visits to Lakeside, 'The Quiff' made the final in the last BDO edition of the event at The O2 in 2020.

The following year Williams topped the UK Challenge Tour Order of Merit to earn a two-year PDC tour card. In his first season on the ProTour, he won a Players Championship title and in 2023 he broke into the top 50 in the world rankings. 

The 2024 PDC World Darts Championship will be a third consecutive trip to Ally Pally for Williams, who caused an upset in 2023 by knocking out James Wade in the second round.
