International Deliveries

All orders being dispatched outside of the UK will be sent using a tracked courier service and all customers will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the parcel and inform us of any problems in transit.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery, we reserve the right to charge the customer additional shipping charges to reship the items.
Any orders returned to us will be refunded, but shipping charges cannot be refunded.

IMPORT DUTIES (FOR ALL EU COUNTRIES)
When we ship orders to individual customers (retail orders) to EU countries and the order value is under €150, we charge you VAT at the relevant tax rate for the delivery country. Therefore, you will not be liable to pay any local import duties when taking receipt of the delivery.

When we ship retail orders with a value over €150 or to businesses (trade orders), to EU countries – we do not charge our local tax (VAT). However, you are liable to pay any local import duties when taking receipt of the order.
